What's On Offer?

We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Technical Support Analyst for our regional office based in Los Angeles in the Silicon Beach region. Business operation hours is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. The emphasis for this role is on Customer Support, Technical Analysis, and Detail Orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with hardware, software and application problems
  • Demonstrate efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Contribute and deliver high quality technical support through thorough analysis of technical problems
  • Provide project support for implementation; work closely with project leads to provide high quality project delivery within specific time frames
  • Implement processes to improve efficiency
  • Keen sensitivity to customer needs
  • Ability to develop warm customer relationships
  • Customer focus at heart with a positive and friendly 'can do' attitude
  • Determination to commit effort and the passion to achieve set goals
  • A problem solver attitude with a good attention to detail
  • Relevant work experience or tertiary training is a preferred but not a must
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems
  • Ability to develop knowledge and applying new skills
  • Motivation to be a team player
  • High commitment to focus and detail orientation
  • Understand core concepts of technology hardware logistics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Previous payment technical support experience a plus
  • Bilingual in French (speaking, reading, and typing) a plus

Compensation

  • $22.60/hour
